The description of every step

1. Log in my account

        
First, enter account login page by clicking "Sample" in every page of product catalogue. If you already have the membership, please log in your ID and password to start shopping. If you are a new user and wish to set up an account, please click "Register Now" to set up your account. After submitting Member Info., you can also start shopping procedure.

2. Choose Items

       
After finding an item that you wish to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. This button is located on any item's detail page, just left beside quantity information.

3. Update my order

       
About your Sample Request, there is no M.O.Q. in purchasing quantity. As for the Promotion Area, the M.O.Q. is 10 sets each item. To purchase more than 10 sets of an item, you can change the number from the "Qty" box in "View my shopping cart" page. To confirm your changes, make sure that you click the "Update Cart" button below "Total Amount" in "View my shopping cart" page.

        If you wish to remove an item in your Shopping Cart, check the "Delete" box located at the right of any item in "View my shopping cart" page, then click the "Update Cart" button below "Total Amount" to confirm any changes.

        When you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the "Check Out" button to continue check-out process.

Check Out Process

4. Verify your billing & shipping info. and select shipping & payment methods

       
After having verified your billing, shipping info. and decided the shipping method, please choose the way you want to pay. If you choose to pay with credit card, please enter your credit card detail. If you choose to pay by "T/T", please directly click the button "T/T" in the payment method. When having confirmed your order and shipping info. in the last page, please click the button "Submit" to complete this deal.

5. Confirm your order & shipping info. and receive your final invoice

        
After having pressed "Submit", you may be led to the credit card page to fill your credit card detail (if you choose to pay with credit card) and received the already paid invoice in your Email box. Or you may directly receive the invoice along with "Paying Bank Detail " in your Email box (If you select to pay with T/T). Upon receipt of this invoice, please further click "Confirm" button under "total amount" of this invoice so as to send us your final confirmation. Upon receipt of your final confirmation, we will contact with you soon.
NOTE: Credit card information is not stored on your account for security purposes.

Delivery Your Order

6.Ship my order

     
No matter the sample order from Sample Request area or in stock products in Promotion area, we will ship out your order no less than 2 weeks upon receipt of your T/T or credit card payment.

Changes Your Order

      
Please contact with us. If we receive your phone request, online contact or e-mail before your items shipped, we may be able to modify the order before it is sent to the warehouse. In many cases, however, the order may be in the "shipped" status and unable to be modified.

Cancel Your Order

       If you wish to cancel an order, please contact with us through phone call, online contact or email. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order.
However, there are occasions where canceling the order is not possible because it is has already shipped. We will accept a return after your order has shipped, but we will not be able to refund the shipping and you will be responsible for the return shipping to AudioTronic Tech. We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues a RMA tracking number, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our warehouse.
