Defective Product Returns

        In one week upon receipt of our shipment, if you have found the whole lot of product received is defective, you may return it to AudioTronic for repair, replacement, or exchange. If you received the returned defects from your clients, you can collect them to a shipping lot and ship it back within our warranty period. At our discretion, if the defects are caused by the manufacturing end, we will be responsible for repair, replacement, exchange, or payment deduction. If they are not, we can repair or exchange them, but the shipper will take care of the additional service charges occurred . The product returned must be 100% complete, contain all original boxes, packing materials, and all accessories provided by us.

        To return a product to AudioTronic, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by submitting RMA Request Form below. Products returned without RMA number will be refused and returned at the expense of the shipper without further notice.

Return Procedures
1. RMA Number

‧ It is necessary to obtain a RMA number before returning any merchandise to AudioTronic.

‧ Before a RMA number is issued, you need to fill out a RMA form and send back to us by fax/e-mail.

‧ RMA number will be issued with 72 hours of the receipt of the request, if approved.

‧ RMA number is effective for 30 days only. Return products have to be received by us within this 30 days
     period, otherwise, the RMA number will be cancelled, or a new RMA number is required.

2. RMA Shipment

‧ The RMA number must be clearly marked on the cartons and the documents of the shipment.

‧ A copy of original sales receipt should be included when returning goods.

‧ The package has to be properly packed to protect against damage in shipment, and sends PREPAID by the sender.

‧ The package may be refused if (1) it does not have a RMA# clearly marked, and/or (2) it ships to collect the receiver.

‧ Please test all products and state the exact problems on the RMA Form before returning them to us. The RMA
     goods will be returned without repair and replacement if we cannot find out any defective reason after they are checked
     by standard testing procedures. The products will be shipped back to the original sender with the freight collected .

3. Replacement and repair

         If a product is found defective and is returned to us through RMA procedure, (1) it will be replaced as soon as possible, provided that the item is in stock, or (2) it will be repaired and then returned; generally, the process will take no more than 30 days after we received the RMA goods back from our customer. If this item is phased out, we may replace it with an equivalent product to you.

4. Exchange

         Please allow up to 10 business days to process exchange after we has received returned goods.

5. Handling cost

       Please understand that additional service charges may occur if we, after inspection, find that the defect is caused by the mis-handling by the user, or product has expired the warranty period.

 Warranty Policy 
1. AudioTronic provides the 12-month warranty to the customers from the date of shipment, unless specified otherwise.

2. Within the warranty period, the customers can return the defective goods to AudioTronic for repair or replacement at
    our discretion. (Please follow the RMA Procedures listed above)

3. The warranty will be no longer valid if

‧The goods are physically damaged or damaged under abnormal operating conditions (misused, mishandled, neglect,
    or improper installation) on buyer's/user's part.

‧The goods are modified without prior approval from AudioTronic.

‧The goods are electrically damaged due to improper treatment and mal-application.
